It is well known that basic function of an organization working in the social service sector is to bring about some quantitative change leading to qualitative improvements in the lives of the oppressed, trapped in poverty and ignorance. It is always a hard task to work aiming to long lasting changes in human lives because, it is a fight against traditional will practices a war against exploitation and a cry to establish a democratic order in the society.
